These Terms of Service (“TOS” or “Terms”) govern your use of Morrow Labs, Inc. DBA Haydeck (“Haydeck,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, mobile applications, and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the “App” or “Services”). Our Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines that may apply to specific features or offerings are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not access or use our Services.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. The “Last Revised” date above indicates the latest update. Your continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old. However, if you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental consent to use this app or web app on any device. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
These Terms remain in effect while you use our Services or maintain an account. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability survive termination.
You may be required to create an account (either directly or via a third-party service such as Google) to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may not impersonate others, transfer your account, or use another user’s credentials without permission. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at legal@haydeck.com.
You may delete your account or request deletion of your personal data by contacting legal@haydeck.com.
By linking third-party accounts (e.g., retailer, affiliate, or marketplace integrations) to your Haydeck account, you authorize us to access and use information in those accounts as necessary to provide our Services.
Your relationship with third-party platforms is governed solely by your agreements with them. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices.

Violation of any, or all of the above, may result in account suspension or legal action against you or any entities related to you and the activities..
All content on the App—including data, images, text, code, and design—is owned by Haydeck or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

False claims may result in liability under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512).
The WebApp may contain links to external sites not controlled by Haydeck. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Use third-party sites at your own risk and review their terms of use.
If you opt in to SMS or mobile alerts, standard carrier fees may apply. Haydeck is NOT responsible for any costs related to the same, or any carrier delays or delivery failures. You may opt out per instructions in messages or by contacting us directly.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
You and Haydeck waive the right to a jury trial or class action participation. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of registering by emailing hello@haydeck.com with your account information and a clear opt-out statement.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.
Haydeck may update these Terms of Service or Terms of Use from time to time without any prior notice. Updates are posted on this page with a new “Last Revised” date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or SMS or App notifications.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Haydeck and supersede prior communications. If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree such communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.
