Uniquely, the Spinflex joint is pre-moulded at a 30-degree angle to reduce bending stress, which often causes early failures in other vertically moulded joints. This design ensures the joint holds the tiller in the helming position, 30 degrees above horizontal. For a secure grip, it features a triple wave handle offering a choice of comfortable positions, providing responsive 'feel' and precise helm control. It weighs 6 oz. (170g). Please note that the required fasteners (2 x M5 (3/16") Pan Head) are not supplied. The hole centers are designed to allow retrofitting from other products and upgrading to Spinlock EA or EJ models.
