The Addison & Ross Bobbin Mill is sold as a single unit. You will need to purchase two if you wish to have a matching pair for both salt and pepper.
Each mill includes both 'S' and 'P' stainless steel screw knobs. You can easily swap the top knob to identify which spice is inside.
This mill is designed for dry rock salt crystals. It is not suitable for wet or flaky sea salts, which can clog the ceramic mechanism.
To maintain the finish, simply wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges that could scratch the lacquer.
