The pot itself is oven-safe up to 500°F, but the tempered glass lid is only heat-resistant up to 350°F. Please be mindful of this temperature difference when transferring the pot to the oven.
To preserve the longevity of the PTFE nonstick interior, we recommend using silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils. Avoid using metal tools, which can scratch or damage the coating over time.
