Know before you buy
Yes. The pot features a warp-resistant stainless steel base that is fully compatible with all stovetops, including induction.
The pot itself is oven-safe up to 500°F, but the tempered glass lid is only heat-resistant up to 350°F. Please be mindful of this temperature difference when transferring the pot to the oven.
To preserve the longevity of the PTFE nonstick interior, we recommend using silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils. Avoid using metal tools, which can scratch or damage the coating over time.
While the HA1 line is technically dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent to extend the life of the nonstick coating.
The stockpot weighs approximately 5.71 lbs, making it sturdy enough to remain stable on the burner while still being manageable to lift when filled.
The stainless steel handles are designed to stay cooler on the stovetop than the body of the pot. However, they will get hot if used in the oven, so always use oven mitts when handling.
