The set is crafted from POLYWOOD Heritage™ Lumber, a durable, high-density polyethylene plastic. It is specifically engineered to withstand harsh weather conditions, including sun, rain, and snow, without rotting, cracking, or fading.
Because the table is 96 inches square, you need a minimum footprint of 96 inches by 96 inches. We recommend adding at least 30 to 36 inches of clearance on all sides to allow for comfortable chair movement and walking space.
The set arrives unassembled and requires a moderate amount of effort to put together. All necessary hardware is included, but we recommend having a second person to help with the table assembly due to its large size.
Maintenance is minimal. You can keep the set clean by simply washing it with soap and water as needed; there is no need for painting, staining, or waterproofing.
