Know before you buy
The table features a wire-brushed finish that creates a tactile, organic surface. You will feel the pronounced grain of the European fir veneers, which gives the wood a weathered, natural character.
The table is designed to seat between 8 and 12 people depending on the length you choose. For the 72-inch version, expect to seat 6 to 8, while the 132-inch version comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
The table has a clearance of 28¼ inches from the floor to the underside of the table. Most standard dining chairs will fit comfortably, but we recommend measuring the height of your chair arms to ensure they slide under the apron without obstruction.
Because of the textured, wire-brushed finish, it is best to use a soft, dry cloth for regular dusting. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or furniture polishes, which can build up in the deep grain and alter the table's natural look.
The Kyoto table is constructed using a combination of solid wood and engineered wood, finished with European fir veneers. This hybrid construction provides the aesthetic of solid timber while offering increased stability and resistance to warping.
