The bag is insulated, but its performance depends on the ambient temperature and whether you use an ice pack. It is best suited for keeping items cool for a standard lunch period or a short outing; for longer durations, we recommend adding a small ice pack.

Because the bag uses natural pigments for coloring, there can be subtle variances in the tone and texture of the material. This is a characteristic of the eco-friendly dyeing process and means each bag has a slightly unique finish.
