Know before you buy
The loft area measures 4'3" from the floor to the peak, providing a dedicated space for storing seasonal items, boxes, or equipment that doesn't require full standing height.
The base kit does not include flooring materials. The optional FortressFloor™ is a recommended upgrade if you want a pre-engineered, durable wood foundation, but you can also choose to build your own floor system on a concrete slab or gravel pad.
The kit features precision pre-cut materials and a SecureTruss™ system designed to simplify construction. While it is manageable for a capable DIYer, you will need at least one assistant, basic power tools, and a solid weekend to complete the build.
The sliding doors are ideal if you have limited exterior space, as they do not require a swing radius. The transom doors offer a more traditional aesthetic and include windows above the door frame, which helps bring natural light into the shed.
The LP SmartSide® siding comes primed and ready to be painted. You will need to apply a high-quality exterior latex paint in your preferred color once the structure is assembled to ensure long-term weather protection.
You are not required to purchase the optional roof packages. You can source your own shingles or metal roofing locally, provided they are compatible with the shed's 10/12 roof pitch.
