These boards are specifically engineered for the dimensions and shelf configuration of the Yoder YS640. While they may physically fit on other models, we cannot guarantee a secure fit or proper alignment on grills other than the YS640.

Each board is equipped with specialized rubber feet designed to lock directly into the standard shelf grating of your Yoder smoker. This creates a stable, non-slip surface that prevents the board from sliding during use.

While the boards are durable, they are designed primarily as prep and serving surfaces. We recommend removing them during high-heat cooks or long smoking sessions to prevent potential heat damage to the wood or hardware.

The 1/2-inch deep juice grooves are designed to catch runoff from meats and vegetables during prep or carving. This helps keep your workspace clean and prevents liquids from spilling over the edge of the board onto your smoker or patio.

To maintain the longevity of the wood, you should hand wash the boards with mild soap and water, then dry them immediately. Periodically applying a food-safe mineral oil or butcher block conditioner will help prevent the wood from drying out or cracking.
