Know before you buy
Yes, the HA1 Chef's Pan features a bonded stainless-steel base that makes it fully compatible with induction cooktops, as well as gas, electric, and ceramic ranges.
The pan itself is oven-safe up to 500°F, but the included lid is only rated for temperatures up to 350°F. If you are finishing a dish in the oven, be sure to keep the temperature at or below 350°F if the lid is in use.
Yes, this cookware is dishwasher-safe. However, to extend the lifespan of the nonstick coating, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent whenever possible.
The pan features a stay-cool ergonomic stainless-steel handle designed to minimize heat transfer. While it stays comfortable to the touch during normal stovetop use, it will get hot if placed inside the oven.
The Chef's Pan features flared, higher sides compared to a traditional flat-bottomed skillet. This shape is specifically designed to make tossing ingredients, sautéing, and stirring easier without spilling over the edges.
While the hard-anodized aluminum construction is scratch-resistant, we recommend using silicone, wood, or nylon utensils to preserve the integrity of the PTFE nonstick coating over time.
