Yes, the 5-ply stainless steel construction is fully induction compatible. The magnetic stainless steel exterior ensures efficient heat transfer on induction surfaces as well as gas and electric stovetops.
The stainless steel handle is oven-safe, allowing you to move the pan from the stovetop to the oven for finishing dishes. Like most all-metal handles, it may become hot during extended stovetop use, so we recommend using an oven mitt.
