The set includes a 2"x 4" slotted turner, which is ideal for draining excess fat and handling delicate items like fish, and a larger 3"x 5" turner, which provides more surface area for flipping burgers or larger proteins.
These turners feature beveled stainless steel edges, which are designed for scraping and lifting from stainless steel or cast iron pans. We do not recommend using them on non-stick surfaces, as the metal edge may scratch or damage the coating.
