Mersen Protistor PSC Semiconductor Fuse
These 1250/1300V Protistor® fuse-links offer maximum flexibility in equipment design and ultimate protection for power conversion equipment. They are ultra-fast acting, square body fuse-links available in different body sizes with multiple worldwide acceptable mounting styles. Engineered to provide state-of-the-art protection for semiconductors like diodes, thyristors, and IGBT devices, these fuses are assembled with die-cut elements embedded in solidified sand for controlled arcing characteristics, resulting in a lower I²t and high interrupting rating. All contact surfaces are silver plated, and hardware is non-magnetic. A low voltage trip-indicator can be equipped to operate a field-mountable microswitch.
