It features 16 QSFP+ expansion slots, supporting 40 Gigabit Ethernet with 40GBase-X network technology. This module is designed for optical network and data networking applications, providing ultra-low latency for high-frequency trading and real-time applications, along with high throughput thanks to its 3.2Tbps switching capacity. It also supports IRF virtualization for sub-50ms failover. Note that it has a fixed port count and requires HPE Comware OS expertise for full utilization, and does not support PoE.
