The Eaton Tripp Lite Series DisplayPort USB Server Interface Unit is designed to connect a server, computer, or CAC reader with DisplayPort and/or USB ports to a compatible Tripp Lite B064-IPG Series KVM switch. It supports Virtual Media functionality and Common Access Card (CAC) reader access. Utilizing Cat5e/6 cabling, this interface allows the KVM switch to be located up to 164 feet away from the server, eliminating the need for bulky KVM cables and freeing up valuable space in your server cabinet. Its compact, lightweight, and plug-and-play design requires no software or external power supply for easy installation and deployment. This interface is ideal for running cables through conduit and other tight spaces.
