These speakers are quite flexible, with a recommended power range of 20 to 200 watts. While they can run on lower-powered amplifiers, pairing them with a quality amplifier toward the higher end of that range will give you better control and dynamic headroom.

They are designed for both. Because of their detailed Folded Motion tweeter and accurate mid-range, they work excellently as front main speakers in a stereo setup or as part of a surround sound system.

With a frequency response down to 56 Hz, the Motion B10s handle mid-bass and vocals beautifully on their own. However, if you are using them for home theater or prefer deep, cinematic bass, adding a dedicated subwoofer will provide the low-end extension these compact drivers cannot reach.

Measuring 12.5 by 7 by 9.75 inches, they are compact enough for most bookshelves, media consoles, or dedicated speaker stands. Their rear-ported design means you should leave a few inches of clearance from the wall behind them to prevent the bass from sounding muddy.

The Folded Motion tweeter uses a thin-film diaphragm that is folded like an accordion, which allows it to move air much faster and more efficiently than a traditional dome. This results in incredibly detailed, crisp high frequencies with very low distortion.
