Know before you buy
The Aether Pro is a stripped-down, high-performance version designed for guides and mountaineers. It prioritizes weight reduction and durability by using NanoFly™ fabric and allowing you to remove components like the lid, hipbelt pockets, and compression straps to shave weight for technical objectives.
Yes. The pack features Fit-on-the-Fly shoulder straps and a hipbelt that can be adjusted to match your specific torso length and hip shape, ensuring the load is transferred correctly to your frame rather than your shoulders.
Absolutely. The NanoFly™ material is reinforced with UHMWPE (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene) ripstop, which is an incredibly strong fiber. It is specifically engineered to resist tears and abrasions in harsh, off-trail environments.
The pack includes a full-length vertical side zipper that runs along the main compartment. This allows you to reach items buried in the middle or bottom of your pack without having to unpack everything from the top.
The AirScape™ backpanel uses injection-molded, die-cut foam with dedicated ventilation channels. While it is designed to keep the load close to your center of gravity for stability, these channels significantly improve airflow compared to traditional solid foam panels.
You can strip the pack down by removing the top lid, the hipbelt pockets, and the compression straps. If you remove the lid, the integrated FlapJacket cover still protects the main compartment from the elements.
