It is recognized as the first and only commercial roaster capable of roasting cocoa effectively without significant modifications. While designed for 1 lb of coffee, it can roast 2-2.5 lbs of cocoa due to cocoa's lower roasting temperature. The roaster is suitable for both coffee and cocoa, with no flavor cross-contamination. It offers multi-program drum roasting for 4 oz to 1 lb of coffee or 2-2.5 lbs of cocoa. The product includes an option for free ground shipping within the contiguous 48 US states or 4 lbs of complimentary raw beans. It comes with a 12-month limited warranty, intended for household/residential use only.
