The cutting board has a tilted design with grooves to collect juices, and a silicone plug can be removed to drip juices back into the pan. It is metal utensil-safe and suitable for use with induction cooktops, home ovens, and Ooni pizza ovens. The pan and tray are dishwasher-safe, while the cutting board should be hand-washed.
