SI-TEX SP-120 Color System w/RFB Remote Mechanical Drive

The SI-TEX SP-120C Autopilot is designed for hydraulic steering, mechanical steering, and solenoid control systems, making it an ideal choice for small vessels under 38 feet. It simplifies installation by integrating all necessary connections into the rear of the control head, eliminating the need for a separate junction box. The autopilot can operate using Virtual Rudder feedback for outboard engines or with an optional separate Rudder Feedback unit for inboard vessels. It simultaneously displays actual Compass heading, Selected Heading, and Rudder Angle on a compact, 4.1” x 4.1” splash-proof control head featuring a large, easy-to-read Color LCD. User-friendly software ensures easy selection of headings and setup. A high-performance 9-axis Rate Gyro Compass provides excellent steering response, and the autopilot utilizes GPS Speed Over Ground (SOG) and Course Over Ground (COG) for enhanced performance. The NMEA-0183 GPS Interface accepts inputs from most chart plotters for steering to waypoints and routes, and an NMEA-0183 Output provides 10kHz Compass heading for interface with MFDs for Chart/Radar Overlay. Available steering modes include Manual (Power Steer), Auto (maintains selected Magnetic course), GPS (steers to Waypoint or Routes when interfaced with GPS), and Wind (steers to wind when interfaced to a wind sensor for Sailboat installations). The unit is protected by a 2-year SI-TEX Warranty.
