Customize your own cooking time and temperature using the easy-set rotary dial. It also features a 9 hour, 59-minute count up or countdown timer with alarm. The commercial quality, stainless steel probe measures internal food temperature during cooking and features a 3 ft. 700ºF heat resistant cord. Pre-programmed meat thermometer settings include: Beef, Veal, Chicken, Pork, Poultry, Lamb and Fish, with USDA temperature presets for Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well and Well Done cooking preferences. The thermometer also features a backlit digital display for low-light viewing and is NSF safety certified.
