Care
To clean the Rok, remove the portafilter and any remaining coffee “cake.” Take out the other internal pieces—the diaphragm, the plunger, the water cylinder—and wash with soap and water. Rinse the portafilter and the inner basket with just water. Clean the exterior occasionally with soap and water. Do not put all of the parts in the dishwasher; only the milk frother is dishwasher-safe. Dry all pieces thoroughly before reassembling.
