Odin 2.0

Best for those seeking a novelty item rather than a functional solution.

The Rocky Mountain Radar Odin 2.0 is a radar detector that makes unsubstantiated claims about its ability to 'scramble' police radar and laser guns. Despite marketing that suggests it can prevent officers from detecting your speed, rigorous testing shows that its scrambling features have zero impact on radar or laser guns. The device also fails to detect POP radar and exhibits poor radar detection performance, often misidentifying K band signals as Ka band. It lacks essential features found in competing detectors, such as GPS for low-speed muting and lockouts, and its companion app has been discontinued, rendering its Bluetooth connectivity largely useless. The Odin 2.0 offers a poor value proposition, especially at its increased price point.
