The Power Drag Sled has a weight capacity of 500 lbs. Given the 16.5-inch length of the weight sleeve, you have plenty of room to stack standard Olympic plates to reach that limit.

The 14.5-foot leash is a fixed length, but you can easily adjust your effective training distance by wrapping the leash around your hands or adjusting your starting position relative to the sled.
