Marmot Limestone Footprint

This footprint is specifically engineered for the Marmot Limestone 6-person tent. While it may physically fit under other tents with similar dimensions, the corner stake-out points are designed to align perfectly only with the Limestone series, so we recommend sticking to the intended model for the best setup experience.

While tent floors are durable, they are still susceptible to punctures from sharp rocks, sticks, and abrasive surfaces. A footprint acts as a sacrificial layer that protects your tent's floor from wear and tear, significantly extending the lifespan of your shelter and keeping the underside clean.

The footprint weighs 22.2 ounces, or just under 1.4 pounds. Given the size of a six-person tent, this is a reasonable trade-off for the added protection and moisture barrier it provides.

The footprint is constructed from durable 150-denier nylon with a specialized coating. While it is designed to resist moisture and ground-level dampness, its primary purpose is abrasion protection rather than acting as a standalone waterproof tarp.

The footprint features integrated corner stake-outs that allow you to secure it easily. You simply lay the footprint down, stake it out, and then pitch your tent directly on top of it, ensuring the footprint remains hidden underneath the tent floor.
