The Carbonator 3 does not have a specific dial for carbonation levels. You control the fizz by how many times you pull the lever; pulling it multiple times will result in a higher level of carbonation.
This machine is compatible with standard 60L screw-in CO2 cylinders from major brands. Please note that it does not use the newer 'Quick Connect' cylinder system.
