While the T-3 Series is designed as a stable bolt-together structure, we strongly recommend bolting it down to the floor, especially if you plan on using heavy weights or performing dynamic movements like kipping pull-ups. The rack includes the necessary hardware to secure it, which significantly improves overall stability and safety during intense training sessions.

The T-3 Series uses a standard 2-inch by 3-inch tube design with 2-inch hole spacing, which is a common industry standard. While many third-party accessories may fit, we recommend sticking to Titan Fitness T-3 compatible attachments to ensure the hole alignment and steel gauge are perfectly matched for your safety.

The rack comes with two distinct pull-up bars to target different grip strengths. The 1.25-inch bar is your standard diameter for traditional pull-ups, while the 2-inch fat bar is designed to challenge your grip strength and forearm endurance, making it a great tool for building overall upper body power.

The 82-inch height is specifically engineered to fit into most residential garages and basements with standard ceiling heights. Before purchasing, measure your ceiling height and account for the space needed above the rack to perform pull-ups comfortably.

The rack comes with a pair of standard J-hooks included in the box. These hooks feature a nylon plastic core, which helps protect your barbell's knurling from damage when you rack and unrack the bar.
