Yes, while it is designed to complement the Ooni Koda, it works with any pizza oven that has an opening wide enough to accommodate a 12-inch peel.
The anodized surface is exceptionally smooth, which helps reduce friction. However, we still recommend dusting the peel with a light coating of semolina or flour before launching your pizza to ensure it slides off easily.
We advise against cutting directly on the peel. Using a pizza cutter or knife on the aluminum surface will scratch the coating and dull your blades.
This peel should be hand-washed with warm, soapy water. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or putting it in the dishwasher, as these can damage the anodized finish.
The peel is designed for the compact footprint of the Ooni Koda. While it provides enough reach for standard home ovens and portable units, it is not intended for deep-reach commercial ovens.
