The ThermoPro TP-21 is a single-probe wireless remote thermometer designed for cooking applications. It features user-programmable temperature alarms and USDA-approved temperature settings, along with a timer function. The transmitter displays temperature to 0.1º in Fahrenheit or Celsius without a backlight, while the receiver shows the probe's temperature to 1º with a backlight that flashes colors to indicate temperature status relative to the alarm setting. It offers pre-programmed meat and doneness values or custom settings. The timer can count up or down. The unit has a one-year limited warranty, extendable to three years with registration.
