The ThermoPro TP-09 is a single-probe wireless remote thermometer designed to measure food temperatures and alert the user when the selected temperature is reached. It features a cell-phone sized receiver with a belt clip and a built-in LED flashlight. Users can select between Fahrenheit or Celsius scales and choose from various preset meat types and tastes or set the alarm temperature manually. The unit also includes a timer function that can count up or down for up to 24 hours, running simultaneously with the temperature measurement. While not designed for heavy use or as an oven thermometer due to accuracy limitations above 200°F, it offers good performance for its price point. The probe has a 4-inch straight section and a 40-inch cable. Neither the transmitter nor the receiver is waterproof, and the product comes with a 90-day warranty.
